Hot Cocoa Squares

Serving 1 cube: Calories: 11,8 | Carbohydrates: 0,4g | Protein: 1,5g | Fat: 0,3 g
- 1 +1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons powdered gelatine
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 6-7 drops stevia OR sweetener of choice honey works well too!
CINNAMON CHOC (CALS AS IS)
- Add 1 tsp cinnamon to the mixture
RASPBERRY CHOC (around 12,8 cals)
- Omit the coffee
- Add one raspberry to each cube
COCONUT CHOC
- Sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the cubes
COCOA NIB (around 12,8 cals)
- Top with 3 cocoa nibs before setting
Place 4 tbsp gelatine in 1/2 cup almond milk and allow to sit until it starts to bloom (around 5 mins)
In the meantime, on a stovetop on medium heat in a saucepan, heat up 1 cup almond milk stirring in cocoa powder, coffee & sweetener of choice
Place gelatine & almond milk mixture, and pour in the warmed cocoa mixture in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into an ice tray and top with optional toppings
Allow to set in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour
Best stored in an airtight container
