Hot Cocoa Squares

Ingredients
  

  • 1 +1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons powdered gelatine
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 6-7 drops stevia OR sweetener of choice honey works well too!

CINNAMON CHOC (CALS AS IS)

  • Add 1 tsp cinnamon to the mixture

PLAIN CHOC(CALS AS IS)

  • Omit the coffee

COFFEE CHOC(CALS AS IS)

  • recipe as is

RASPBERRY CHOC (around 12,8 cals)

  • Omit the coffee
  • Add one raspberry to each cube

COCONUT CHOC

  • Sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the cubes

COCOA NIB (around 12,8 cals)

  • Top with 3 cocoa nibs before setting

Instructions
 

  • Place 4 tbsp gelatine in 1/2 cup almond milk and allow to sit until it starts to bloom (around 5 mins)
  • In the meantime, on a stovetop on medium heat in a saucepan, heat up 1 cup almond milk stirring in cocoa powder, coffee & sweetener of choice
  • Place gelatine & almond milk mixture, and pour in the warmed cocoa mixture in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into an ice tray and top with optional toppings
  • Allow to set in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour
  • Best stored in an airtight container
