This baked oatmeal is my go-to breakfast, especially on days where I know that I won’t have much time to eat! Packed with fiber & healthy fats this keeps me full for the whole morning! Looking for an added protein kick? Add a dollop of greek yoghurt (i like vanilla flavoured) and it tastes like some sort of a cookies & cream creation!

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celisus.
  • Mix all ingredients in an oven proof baking bowl
  • Bake in oven for 10-12 minuted until the top is nice and golden.
  • Remove from oven and enjoy immediately!
