Fudgy Protein Lentil Brownies

The most delicious fudgy chocolate brownies that are high in protein, and super rich! You can’t even taste the lentils in this, and it has no flour, gluten free and is a delicious high protein treat!

1 can (370g) lentils in water (drained) ½ cup melted chocolate 87g ¼ cup chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder ¼ cup granulated sweetener of choice (optional) 2 eggs ¾ cup milk of choice (I used almond) 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven at 180°C and line a brownie pan.
Mix all ingredients above in a bowl until it forms a batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until brownies are slightly under done.
Allow to cool in the fridge over night for brownies to set.
