Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Coat a 6 -count doughnut pan with cooking spray. ( If you do not have a doughnut pan, a muffin tray can be used instead)
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above and combine well.
Scoop the mixture into the doughnut pan making sure each doughnut hole is roughly 2/3 full.
Bake for roughly 10-12 mins until the skewer comes out clean
Allow doughnut pan to cool before removing doughnuts and placing additional toppings
Store in an airtight container to preserve freshness!
