Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour 90g
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp apple sauce or pureed apples 50g
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup golden monk fruit OR granulated sweetener of choice 66g
  • 50 ml almond milk OR milk of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup mini cubed slices of apple

‘SUGAR’ GLAZED ( Same cals as above)

  • -1 tsp golden monk fruit or granulated sugar of choice per doughnut
  • -50 ml almond milk
  • Method: once doughnuts have been baked dip top of doughnut into almond milk then sprinkle 1 tsp golden monk fruit over it. Repeat with remaining doughnuts

CHOC CHIP (around 90 cals)

  • Add 1/8 cup chocolate chips to batter

ALMOND GLAZE ( around 82 cals)

  • -1 tsp golden monk fruit or granulated sugar of choice per doughnut
  • -50 ml almond milk
  • -1 crushed or silvered almond per doughnut
  • Method: once doughnuts have been baked dip top of doughnut into almond milk then sprinkle 1 tsp golden monk fruit & crushed almond over it. Repeat with remaining doughnuts

PB APPLE (around 89 cals)

  • Top with 1 tsp powdered peanut butter mixed with water

COCONUT GLAZE

  • -1 tsp golden monk fruit or granulated sugar of choice per doughnut
  • -50 ml almond milk
  • -sprinkle desiccated coconut
  • Method: once doughnuts have been baked dip top of doughnut into almond milk then sprinkle 1 tsp golden monk fruit and coconut over it. Repeat with remaining doughnuts

  • Recipe as is

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Coat a 6 -count doughnut pan with cooking spray. ( If you do not have a doughnut pan, a muffin tray can be used instead)
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients above and combine well.
  • Scoop the mixture into the doughnut pan making sure each doughnut hole is roughly 2/3 full.
  • Bake for roughly 10-12 mins until the skewer comes out clean
  • Allow doughnut pan to cool before removing doughnuts and placing additional toppings
  • Store in an airtight container to preserve freshness!
