low fat plain yoghurt

RUBY CHOC (around 42 cals)
Top each muffin off with one red chocolate chip
CHOC CHIP (around 50 cals)
top each muffin with around 5 chocolate chips
BLUEBERRY (around 43 cals)
Add 1 cup of blueberries to the batter
VANILLA (cals as is)

Add zest of one lemon to the batter
PROTEIN FROSTING (around 54 cals)
make using one scoop protein powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a muffin pan with oil/ non-stick muffin cups.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl for the 'base' recipe, then stir in added extras according to the flavour of choice
Pour batter into the muffin tray ( around 2 tbsp of batter into each muffin cup), and top with extra toppings if desired
Bake for roughly 20-25 mins until a toothpick comes out clean
