Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch brownie pan with baking paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients until it forms a cookie dough. If the batter seems a little dry, add 2 tbsp water. Stir in your chocolate chips/M&M's last.
Place your mixture into your brownie pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden.
