It’s the holiday season and these have to be one of my FAVOURITE cookie recipes to make! These one bowl, no flour M&M cookie bars are the PERFECT sweet treat, and make the perfect soft baked cookie bars of your dreams!

Flourless M&M Cookie Bars

This simple recipe calls for just 6 ingredients. They literally take a couple of minutes to throw together and the rewards are endless! This recipe is also an oil free recipe, and if you would like it to be gluten free- be sure to use gluten free oats or you can substitute oat flour with almond flour.

Can I make the flourless M&M cookie bars without eggs?

If you would like these to be vegan cookie bars, you can replace the M&Ms with vegan chocolate chips and also replace the eggs by using a formulated vegan egg replacer that you can get from most stores!

How To Make Flourless M&M Cookie Bars  

                                                                               Ingredients:

Oat Flour: I make my own by blending oats in a high speed blender

Peanut butter: You can use any nut/seed butter or choice

Granulated sweetener of choice: I used a calorie free monk fruit sweetener, but any granulated sugar could work.

Eggs:: For the texture

Baking powder : A small amount to help it rise

Salt & vanilla extract: For added flavor

Chocolate chips or M&M’s: I like to do a mix of both

Method:

1.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients stirring in your chocolate chips/M&M’s last.

Pour into a lined brownie tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.

Healthy Flourless M&M Cookie Bars

One bowl healthy flourless M&M cookie bars that are perfectly gooey and the best tea time treat!

  • 2 cups oat flour (208g)
  • 1 cup peanut butter OR nut butter of choice (258g)
  • ¾ cup granulated sweetener of choice (150g)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or M&M's
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch brownie pan with baking paper and set aside. 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients until it forms a cookie dough. If the batter seems a little dry, add 2 tbsp water. Stir in your chocolate chips/M&M's last.

  3. Place your mixture into your brownie pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden.

  4. Slice into 18 bars and enjoy!
