A delicious no bake healthy apple pie cheesecake that is high protein! This one bowl recipe is quick and easy to make! The ultimate low calorie cheesecake dessert that is perfect as a snack, breakfast or tea time treat.

Equipment

  • High speed blender or food processor (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • cups smooth low fat cottage cheese 250g
  • ½ cup apple puree/ apple sauce 75g
  • ¼ cup granulated sweetener of choice 50g
  • 6 tsp granola/ muesli of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a high speed blender of food processor, combine all ingredients
  • Line 3 jars with 2 tsp granola each, and top with your cheesecake mixture
  • Place in fridge to set for a minimum of 1 hour

Notes

This no bake apple pie cheesecake recipe is best served chilled. If you prefer a thicker consistency, refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
