The most delicious sweet & sticky cinnamon buns that are perfect for if you just want a quick serving! This recipe makes 2 servings, and is a quick and easy recipe with hints of cinnamon and sweetness
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line 2 oven proof mugs with oil spray.
In a large mixing bowl mix your yoghurt and flour. Start with 3 tbsp yoghurt and add the extra spoon only if you need it. Use your hands to mix and form a dough.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and combine well. If dough is too sticky to roll, slowly add a little more flour until firm enough to roll.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a rectangle like shape.
Using a cooking brush, brush milk of choice over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle the rest of your granulated sweetener & cinnamon evenly over your milk brushed dough.
Roll dough around filling, forming a large log. Slice the log in half and place inside prepared mugs.
Lightly brush the top with additional almond milk
Bake in the oven for 7-12 minutes until golden brown
