Best Ever Granola Clusters
Serving 1 granola chunk cluster: Calories: 138,6 | Carbohydrates: 19,3g | Protein: 3,4g | Fat: 5,6g
- 2 cups rolled oats (180g)
- 1 cup oat flour (90g)
- 1/3 cup nut butter of choice (83g)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup OR honey (80g)
- 3-4 drops stevia
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (60ml)
- 1 egg (or chia egg if vegan)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks (87g)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
COCONUT CHOC CHIP
- sprinkle 3-4 tbsp desiccated coconut
DOUBLE CHOC CHUNK
- use chocolate nut butter
CHOC CHIP
- recipe as is
ALMOND CHOC CHUNK
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup silvered almonds
- use chocolate nut butter
CRANBERRY CINNAMON
- Add 1 tsp cinnamon
- replace chocolate chips with dried cranberries
CHOC ALMOND
- use chocolate almond butter as nut butter of choice
- omit chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper
- Combine all ingredients above (except for toppings and chocolate chips) in a bowl until well combined.
- Place granola mixture onto the lined baking sheet and press down until well spread. Ensure that mixture is completely stuck together, almost forming one large granola cluster.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins until granola is golden brown (Take care not to burn the granola, when it starts to go golden that is when it is ready). Turn off oven, sprinkle chocolate chunks and additional toppings over ( chosen from above) and allow granola to further sit in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes.
- Take granola out and allow to cool completely. Once done, break into 15 large chunks!
- Best served dunked in some milk!
