A lot of us really struggle when it comes to being able to stop when it comes to sweets or sticking to portion size.
We often feel like it’s our lack of control, or lack of willpower.
We make it mean something about ourselves and our ability to succeed when it comes to our weight loss goals.
So what do we typically do? Try and cut the food out cold turkey. Some of us find this easier in the short term.
But slowly after time, we realise that we cannot avoid that food forever. Once we re-integrate it, we are back to the cycle of restriction and deprivation and it keeps on repeating.
This week, I want to change how you think about portion size in a way that is totally restriction free. I walk you through a quick exercise of challenging the way you currently view ‘treats’, and allow you to really taste each bite while being able to start creating this relationship with yourself where you are able to stop before it turns into a full blown binge.
