It’s been amazing to have an extra level of accountability and support. For habits I built my number of daily steps up to around 7.5km on average, a sleep routine and a consistent breakfast. It has meant I feel more energetic.

I’ve lost around 7.5kg so far. Other things iinclude: better sleep, more fruit and veg intake and more water intake. I learned I wasn’t as set in my ways as I thought I was and I have a capaity to change. I’m more confident in myself and more consistent in my daily life!
