My goal with coaching was to lose the weight I gained from what I thought was either menopause or stuffing up my metabolism. I learned that my relationship with eating was the problem, not the food I was eating. I also learnt to be friends with foods I thought previously were a no no.
I have learnt no food is a no-no. 4. My biggest win was losing the weight that I never thought I would have. It actually worked. My coaching with you guided me in the right direction, gave me all the tools (& homework) & when I applied the tools, did the work, it actually happened
This has not only changed my relationship with food, but also has changed my life.
