60 Second Chocolate Cake

Serving 1 mug cake: Calories: 154 | Carbohydrates: 13g | Protein: 3,8g | Fat: 10g

  • 2 Tbsp spelt flour OR oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp low fat yoghurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp granulated monk fruit sweetener OR granulated sugar of choice
  • 2 Tbsp milk of choice (i used almond)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp oil of choice (i used avocado)
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips

CHILLI CHOC (calories as is)

  • Add 1/4 tsp crushed chilli to the batter

CHOC CHIP (depends on how much is added)

  • Add extra chocolate chips

CHOCOLATE (calories as is)

  • recipe as is

PB CHOC (186 calories)

  • Top with 1 tsp PB

SEA SALT (cals as is)

  • Add a pinch of sea salt

HAZELNUT CHOC (depends on how much is added)

  • Top with extra choc chips & roasted hazelnuts
  1. Method: mix all ingredients up in a bowl. Divide mixture into two mugs equally ( should fill about 1/2 the mug with lots of space for it to rise) Place toppings & microwave for 60 seconds. You may need to microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds depending on your microwave! Enjoy

    How can we replace granulated sugar with stevia powder?
