Healthy Breakfast Bars
Great for days where you just need a quick breakfast, packed with oatmeal and fiber!
- 3 cups rolled OR quick oats
- 4 medium/large bananas (or 5 small ones)
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup OR honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
CHOC-CHUNK
- -Add 1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice
- Around 116 calories per bar if using 1/4 cup and around 124 if using 1/2 cup
MAPLE PECAN
- -Use pure maple syrup instead of honey
- – Add 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Around 114 calories per serve
Peanut butter
- -Add 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Around 116 calories per serve
BANANA BREAD
- -Recipe as is!
- Around 108 calories
STRAWBERRIES
- -Add 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- -Also great with blueberries!
- Around 109 calories per serve
GOJI BERRIES
- -Add 1/4 cup goji berries
- Around 112 calories per serve
