Great for days where you just need a quick breakfast, packed with oatmeal and fiber!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled OR quick oats
  • 4 medium/large bananas or 5 small ones
  • 1/2 cup +2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup OR honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

CHOC-CHUNK

  • -Add 1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice
  • Around 116 calories per bar if using 1/4 cup and around 124 if using 1/2 cup

MAPLE PECAN

  • -Use pure maple syrup instead of honey
  • – Add 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Around 114 calories per serve

Peanut butter

  • -Add 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Around 116 calories per serve

BANANA BREAD

  • -Recipe as is!
  • Around 108 calories

STRAWBERRIES

  • -Add 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • -Also great with blueberries!
  • Around 109 calories per serve

GOJI BERRIES

  • -Add 1/4 cup goji berries
  • Around 112 calories per serve

Notes

Calories may vary according to brands used. I used pure maple syrup and 100% pure peanut butter.
