Chocolate Lava Pots
One of my favourite desserts has to be chocolate lava pots. With my 60 second chocolate cake taking the internet by storm, some of you asked if I have a similar recipe but for a chocolate lava cake. This got me thinking. I love my pumpkin brownies. They are honestly sooooo fudgy and decadent. I wanted to recreate a single serving version of it, that is not only quick and easy, but that you can also enjoy when that craving strikes and you don’t feel like making a huge mess in the kitchen!

Single serving Chocolate Lava Cake
You all have been loving my single serving recipes and so have I! Honestly, the thought of throwing all the ingredients in a ramekin or mug is exactly what I need on days when I don’t feel like making an entire batch of something! Because Mik and I are only two people, sometimes it can be easy to overeat an entire batch of baked goods. Although I have now developed some strategies for learning to be satisfied after 1 brownie and not needing to finish the batch anymore (I teach this in my Drop It For Life Academy). Single serving desserts can be a great way for you to learn portion control and is also super convenient!
